Hi, I’m Martha, the founder and owner of Couture For All.
If you’ve placed an order or sent a message, I’m the one who handled it. I personally take care of every step, from sourcing items to photographing them, packing orders, and answering questions.
I strive to be straightforward and sincere. Over the past 20 years, I have built this business with care and a love for runway fashion. I started Couture For All to help others find authentic designer items at a discount—because luxury should be accessible, not intimidating.

Q: Where are you located?
A: We are based near Orlando, FL
Q: Do you have a physical store location?
A: At this time we do not have a store that can be visited and we do not plan on opening one.
Q: I am in the Orlando area as well, can I pick up my item?
A: We are always happy to arrange for pick up, however items picked up in person will need to make a cash payment.
Q: What are your business hours?
A: Since we are an online store, orders can be placed at any time. If you need assistance, we are available Monday through Friday from 11am to 7pm. In urgent cases we will reply after hours, but all other inquiries will be answered during normal business hours.
Q: How can you confirm these items are authentic?
A: Everything is purchased from department stores and outlets when they are clearing out past seasons. All receipts are kept from these purchases. If you require a copy of a receipt, please send an email to sales@coutureforall.com
Q: Are the photos of the actual item or stock photos?
A: All photos are of the actual item. Each piece is handpicked from designer sales and individually photographed. Occasionally, editorial or photoshoot images may be included for styling inspiration, but the full set of photos showing all angles will always feature the actual item. When multiple sizes are available, one size is typically used for the main photos, but additional images of each size are also taken.
Q: Can I pay with Credit Card?
A: Yes! We accept credit cards. Please note that we can only ship to the billing address on file with your credit card.
Q: Oops, I just paid but the address is wrong. What do I do?

Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?
A: At this time, sales tax will be charged for sales inside the state of Florida. For other states, tax will be applied at checkout if required by your state.
Q: I live outside the USA. Can you ship to me?
A: Yes! Shipping is based on weight. Please contact us for a quote. All international orders are shipped via DHL or USPS Express Mail with tracking and insurance. Please note we only ship to confirmed addresses.
