Q: Where are you located?

A: We are based near Orlando, FL


Q: Do you have a physical store location?

A: At this time we do not have a store that can be visited and we do not plan on opening one.


Q: I am in the Orlando area as well, can I pick up my item?

A: We are always happy to arrange for pick up, however items picked up in person will need to make a cash payment.


Q: What are your business hours?

A: Since we are an online store orders can be placed at any time. If you need assistance we will be available Monday through Friday from 11am till 7pm. In cases of urgency we will reply after hours but all other inquires will be answered during normal business hours.   


Q: How can you confirm these items are authentic?

A: Everything is purchased from department stores and outlets when they are clearing out past seasons. All receipts are kept from these purchases. If you require a copy of a receipts please send an email to sales@coutureforall.com


Q: Can I pay with Credit Card?

A: Yes! We accept credit cards and PayPal payment. All credit card transactions are processed through PayPal which does not give us access to credit card information.


Q: Oops, I just paid but the address is wrong, what do I do?

Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?

A: At this time no sales tax will be charged but it will be added soon. 


Q: I live outside the USA, can you ship to me?

A: Yes! Shipping is based on weight. Please contact us for cost. All items are shipped USPS Express Mail with tracking and insurance. Please note we only ship to confirmed addresses.
