Authentic Longchamp hat in a bold, modern style. Beige and black jacquard canvas with LGP monogram lettering. Trimmed with croc-embossed black calfskin leather. Lined in black cotton. Fabric: 52% cotton, 38% polyester, 8% polycarbonate, 2% other fibers. Lining: 100% cotton. Made in Italy. A standout accessory for the beach or city strolls.

Q: My order will not go through or was refunded due to shipping address not matching billing address, what can I do?
A: Unfortunately I am only able to ship to addresses that match the billing address. You can re-purchase the item with the billing and shipping address being the same.
Q: When will my item ship?
A: Items will ship within 24-48 hours. If an item needs to arrive by a certain date please email sales@coutureforall.com to confirm delivery can be possible by said date.
Q: When will receive tracking?
A: Tracking number will be sent once the order ships. I ship using USPS Priority, UPS or FedEx. All include tracking and insurance.
Q: Is signature required?
A: Signature is required on all orders over $500 but if you would like signature added to your order please email sales@coutureforall.com.

A: While we are not able to offer refunds, we do gladly accept exchanges. If you’d like to exchange your item, please email us at sales@coutureforall.com and we’ll be happy to help make arrangements.
All item(s) must be returned within seven (7) days of the delivery date, with our inventory and retail tags still attached. Items must be in the same condition as sold—unworn, unaltered, and free of damage.
Returned items are inspected and can take 2–3 business days to process. Once your exchange is accepted, you will receive store credit in the form of a digital gift code. If you've already selected your exchange item, it will ship to the same address within 2–3 business days at no additional cost.
