Authentic Alexander McQueen’s top handle bag in a sleek everyday style. Black rich-grained leather with silvertone hardware. Accented with signature small logo skull working padlock and set of keys in a leather fob. Silver logo embossed across the front. Boxy silhouette. Removable/Adjustable shoulder strap. Double top handles. Top zip closure. One inside slip pocket. Lined in a rich red fabric. Made in Italy. Style 718662. Great bag that can be worn to the office or weekends.

Q: My order will not go through or was refunded due to shipping address not matching billing address, what can I do?

A: Unfortunately I am only able to ship to addresses that match the billing address. You can re-purchase the item with the billing and shipping address being the same.  

 

Q: When will my item ship?

A: Items will ship within 24-48 hours. If an item needs to arrive by a certain date please email sales@coutureforall.com to confirm delivery can be possible by said date. 

 

Q: When will receive tracking?

A: Tracking number will be sent once the order ships. I ship using USPS Priority, UPS or FedEx. All include tracking and insurance.

 

Q: Is signature required?

A: Signature is required on all orders over $500 but if you would like signature added to your order please email sales@coutureforall.com. 

Q: I received the item but it doesn't fit/I changed my mind/ or any other reason, do you allow refunds?

A: We are not able to offer refunds but we do allow for exchanges! If you would like to exchange your item please email sales@coutureforall.com and arrangements will be made. 

 

**All item(s) must be returned within seven (7) days of the delivery date with our inventory and the retail tags still attached. Item must be in the original condition as it was sold as. 

Returned items are inspected and can take between 2-3 business days to process. Following exchange acceptance your store credit gift will be issued. If you already stated what you would like to exchange for then the item will be sent to the same addresses with 2-3 business days at no additional shipping cost.**
